Your Wedding Photographer

Hey up! I'm Ollie

I'm a relaxed, chatty and ambitious 26 year old photographer based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, the city where I grew up in. I love to travel, walk the countryside, wild swim, drink coffee and love all things car related.

For most of my working life I have been a mechanical design engineer up until 2022. Up to this point I'd done a few photography jobs on the side, but I'd always really just been a pretty avid hobbyist. After 4 years working in Construction, I decided enough was enough - I'm an extroverted people person who loves taking snaps with the camera, and sitting at a desk all day, with my headphones in, wasn't cutting it for me. What could I do I thought? Weddings ey? That sounds like good fun...

Well honestly I didn't know how much fun I'd be having. I started out by doing some couples shoots for free, worked under other photographers for a while, and then shot my first solo wedding in April 2022. Wowzas... What a bloody thrill! I was hooked. Instantly. The magic, we as photographers, get to create and be involved with, blew all my previous occupations out the park. For me, this was it, this is where I wanted to work (if you can even call it work!).

In 2022 I attended and shot over 40 weddings between my own bookings and working with other photographers - and I haven't looked back since.

So if you like my style, and are looking for someone to document your day, I'd love to hear from you.

A few bits about me

6 Facts about Ollie

My absolute favourite eat-out breakfast is Eggs Benedict, can't get enough of that hollandaise sauce...

If I could own any road legal car (if money were no object) it would be the Porsche 911 GT3RS.

House & dance music is the way to get me boppin' on the dance floor - but I do love a good indie sing along too.

I'll drink a Costa Coffee (a Tassimo pod to be fair) every morning without fail.

If I'm not at your wedding, I'm probably up in the Yorkshire hills somewhere instead.

I love a cold water dip - even in the height of Winter you'll catch me swimming in Waterfalls (I'm a bit mental I know).
